    You’ll experience powerful breathwork while learning how to understand what your body is telling you and how to respond to it.

    Paul teachs the foundations of breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation in a simple, practical way.
    No overthinking. No trying to get it right.
    Just learning what works for you.

    You’ll learn to:

    • Read your current state

    • Choose the right breath or practice for it

    • Calm your mind or shift your energy

    • Build a simple practice you can use daily

    This is about making it simple.
    Taking something that can feel complicated and turning it into something you can actually use.

    Each workshop includes a guided breathwork journey, but the real value is what you take away and use afterwards.

    These sessions run monthly and are designed to help you reset, learn, and build something you can carry into everyday life.

      (one in person 2hrs, one call) 1 hr

    • 5–6 total sessions across three weeks

    • Read your nervous system in real time

    • Understand your patterns and triggers

    • Adjust your state using breath and awareness

    • Build a personalised reset and regulation toolkit

After over 30 years in human performance, his work has been shaped not just through coaching, but through navigating life’s real challenges, including grief, change, and rebuilding.

Alongside this, Paul has spent years deeply studying this space for his own understanding and enjoyment, building a vast knowledge that now naturally extends into helping others.

From his background in the military to running a gym and now creating space for breathwork and mindfulness, his approach is simple.
