Breathwork & Mindfulness Workshop

  • This is not just a breathwork session. It’s a practical workshop.

    You’ll experience powerful breathwork while learning how to understand what your body is telling you and how to respond to it.

    We teach the foundations of breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation in a simple, practical way.
    No overthinking. No trying to get it right.
    Just learning what works for you.

    You’ll learn to:

    • Read your current state

    • Choose the right breath or practice for it

    • Calm your mind or shift your energy

    • Build a simple practice you can use daily

    This is about making it simple.
    Taking something that can feel complicated and turning it into something you can actually use.

    Each workshop includes a guided breathwork journey, but the real value is what you take away and use afterwards.

    These sessions run monthly and are designed to help you reset, learn, and build something you can carry into everyday life.

    • Mats, blankets, and eye masks provided

    • Bring water (and a journal if you’d like)

One to one Personalised Coach Course

  • A personalised coaching programme built around you, your patterns, and what you need most right now.

    This is a deeper, more focused way of working together.

    We look at how you currently think, feel, and respond, and build simple, practical tools around you.

    You’ll be guided through breathwork, awareness training, and real-life application so you can regulate your system with more clarity and consistency.

    Each programme is tailored to you, with ongoing support between sessions.

    Each facilitator brings a distinct approach. Paul teaches a 3 week course that is a like a roadmap to self discovery, while David offers bespoke sessions shaped around your individual needs through his Freedom Framework.

What is Experience?

Experience teaches breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness as simple nervous system training to help you understand and regulate your state.

These are practical workshops and sessions where you learn practices you can use beyond the session, in your everyday life.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Calm your mind, shift stuck energy and heaviness

  • Recognise patterns in how you think, feel, and act

  • Change those patterns through simple, practical tools

There are 3 ways to work with:
Workshops, One-to-One coaching, and Guided online sessions, all designed to help you build your own practice.

The goal is simple:
Help you understand it, practise it, and use it in your life
