Our transformational workshop is a realignment of the energy that is in all of us but not operating in a way that allows us to manage the challenges of life.

Through this workshop, we will go through 6 practices that will help you realign your energy and activate your full potential, allowing you to feel more connected to yourself and the world around you. These simple practices are designed to bring more balance, clarity, and energy into your life.

  • Can anyone do this breathwork?

    Absolutely, anyone can do breath work. As long as you are reasonably healthy, you are ready to take on a transformational breathwork journey.

  • What can I gain from a Breathwork journey?

    Transformational breathwork can help reduce stress and anxiety, promoting emotional release which can lead to mental clarity. Additionally, it can improve physical well-being by increasing energy levels, allowing you to rebalance and have a feeling of more autonomy over your life.

  • Who should seek advice before participating?

    Individuals with certain medical conditions such as severe asthma, heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or a history of significant psychiatric conditions like schizophrenia should avoid breathwork unless cleared by a healthcare provider. Pregnant women should also consult their doctor before participating.

  • What kinds of sensations and emotions might I experience?

    Participants often report a range of sensations such as tingling, warmth, or energy flow throughout the body. You may feel many different emotions which enables a sense of release. Each experience is unique, and these sensations are part of the healing process facilitated by the breathwork.

  • What is a typical transformational breathwork session like?

    During a session, you will typically lie down in a comfortable position while a facilitator guides you through specific breathing techniques. The session includes powerful music, affirmations, and verbal guidance. You might experience various physical sensations and emotional responses connect deeply to the breath.

  • What if I don’t know what to expect from session?

    It's natural to feel anxious about the unknown. Educating yourself about the process, discussing your concerns with the facilitator beforehand by making contact via the enquiry form, and reading about others experiences (testimonials below) can help ease your fears and prepare you for the session.

  • What if I encounter difficult or repressed emotions during breathwork?

    Encountering repressed emotions can be challenging, but it’s a key part of the healing process. Facilitators are there to support you, helping you process and release these emotions safely and effectively.

  • What if I lose control of my emotions or actions during the session?

    It's common to worry about losing control when taking on the unknown, but the facilitators are trained to create a safe and supportive environment. They guide you through the process and help you manage any emotions or reactions that may arise. It is an environment purpose built with you in mind and you are completely safe.
